Apple Certification exams are administered at our facility on scheduled Exam Days each month, or by appointment. Please make sure to purchase the appropriate voucher for your exam type to avoid any delays in taking your exam. Exams start promptly at 2:00pm. Please arrive at 1:30pm in order to check-in and prepare.

If you have taken Prometric exams in the past, it is helpful to have your login information and Prometric testing ID with you before you arrive.

If this is your first time taking a Prometric exam, we will help you with the account registration process when you arrive.

This course is designed to give you a tour of the breadth of functionality of OS X Mountain Lion and the best methods for effectively supporting users of OS X Mountain Lion systems. The course is a combination of lectures and hands-on case study exercises that provide practical real-world experience.
